   OPB is an E-commerce business in the industry that sells luxury high quality cosmetics and fragranced products at retail prices to consumers.
2. Export restriction (Optional):
   The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
3. Return and Refunds policy:
   The provision of goods and services by OPB is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, OPB will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0 % administration fee.

5. Payment options accepted:
   Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the OPB bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
6. Card acquiring and security:
   Card transactions will be acquired for OPB through Payfast, who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://payfast.io to view their security certificate and security policy.
7. Customer Privacy policy:
   OPB shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 8. Customer details separate from card details:

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency:
   The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility:
    OPB takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of origin:
    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and OPB for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature,
12. Amendments:
    OPB may, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

14. Right of Member to unsubscribe from our Newsletters:
    The Customer may terminate the subscription with OPB at any time for any reason without any subscription fee. 
15. Product Range:
    OPB reserves the right in its sole discretion to change its product line and prices at any time without notice and to amend the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement upon giving the Customers at least 30 days written notice.
16. I hereby agree and acknowledge that all personal information provided may be used and processed by OPB and such use may include digital storing of data outside South Africa.
